Homemade Ricotta

Have you ever made cheese?  I know a few in our ward have made just about anything known to man, and I am in awe of them.  Me?  Not so much.  But this looks easy enough for even for me! 

Makes 3 cups.  Working time 10 min. Total Time 15 min.

Oh my... combine this with the Roasted Tomato Sauce and the upcoming Pesto recipe with some yummy warm crusty bread?  Yes please!
