Prepper's Tips -- Weekly Goal April 8, 2012

Lotsa pasta!!!  I love pasta.  Pasta is really part of a balanced diet, too.  Try whole wheat pasta.  Compared to a few years ago, the varieties of wheat pasta are light and great tasting.  (When I first started to try wheat pasta is was very heavy and so strong tasting that it was hard to get used to!)

So add pasta to your food storage this week.  VERY INEXPENSIVE!  Yummy!  Kids love it!  It's good for quick energy.  Look for BOGO sales (buy one, get one).  Pasta will keep for a long, long time, which stored correctly.  Does anyone know how long?
