Roasted Tomato Sauce

This is one of three crazy good and easy recipes brought to our attention by Ana Vasquez (she is an amazing cook...).  You can find the recipe and "how to" here at CountryLiving.com. This makes 3 cups, "working time" is 10 min.  Total prep time 1 hr. 40 min.





So here's a recipe to use all your garden goodness that is starting to bloom out.  You can refrigerate this for up to two weeks, and of course freeze it.
